Starbucks

My bride and I both ordered "specialty" drinks off the menu without any add-ons or special requests for the drinks to be modified. Both of our drinks were on the bitter side, and not much of the flavors came through within the scope of ordered beverages. Employees "happily" remade them... same as 1st round. Meh, I don't know... how does an iced shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso end up tasting like bitter coffee diluted with oat milk on ice without any hint of brown sugar? (I murdered actual name, but you every day Starbucks going double and triple pumpers get the gist of it)

Amazing Starbucks with excellent customer service! A thousand times better than the customer service at the newly opened Dunkin' down the road. I got what I ordered in impeccable timing. I recommend the gruyere egg bites and the hot mocha latte.
