“Food and service is usually pretty good, unless we're missing an item completely or something is made wrong (which happens more often than it should). I cant have dairy so my biggest complaint is that when I ask for no cheese, I actually mean no cheese. When they still put cheese on my food I can't eat it and it's happened more than once. Orders don't seem to be checked.”

“Great service! A friend and I have gone in a few times and after the first time they recognized us and knew what we wanted to order for our drinks. My son is autistic and sometimes struggles in public. One of the times we went in, I was treating him to donuts and he couldn't tell us what he wanted. The man behind the counter pointed to each tray to help him tell us which one he wanted. It was a great experience. He was very patient and very kind. He had no clue he is autistic and no clue how much that small gesture helped the day. Things that little can make it or break it for us some days. When we are in the area and needing some food and drinks, we will always stop in.”

“I have not been to Ruby Tuesday’s in a while. I enjoyed taking my granddaughter there for a date night. The salad bar is large with a wide variety. I did find it needing a bit of tidying up. But still had everything available to us. The entrées were well proportioned, hot, and very good. We were also delighted with the display and the size of our shared dessert, chocolate cake ice cream cookies and caramel drizzle.”
