    Food is great but the customer service is hit or miss, the old lady who works the counter sometimes is very rude.

    My family has been going to Primo for years and we never had a bad experience. We always recieve great customer service from the ladies working there. The food is always of great quality. I would recommend the next time you're when in the Fredericksburg, VA area, stop by Primo and try their food for yourself and let them know Tony sent you!

    Delicious food! Awesome owner! The lasagna is amazing and so is the chicken bacon barbeque pizza. Also if you are in the mood for a sub try the steak and cheese or the virginian. You will not be disappointed.
