    I had an average experience there, not horrible, not fantastic. Food was okay, the customer service and cleanliness were okay too. If you like Miki D's then it's not a bad choice.

    Very nice employee's but lack of training really shows. I heard multiple employees say they didn't know how to do something during my 20 minute wait and the register went unattended for a bit while that employee tried to help.

    Although new technology exists and it is meant well the presence of human interaction is required. A machine cannot replace a cashier's smile and kindness. Last but not least all employees should know the history of McDonald's and it's flagship songs for example the Big Mac song..."Two all beef patties, special sauce..." . Just a few words of advice for future training purposes. Keep the cashier's to take orders and less emphasis on replacing them with technology.
