Big Bad W Pit BBQ

I would give it 5 stars if the place wasn't a dive. Great chow - good service but the place is a dump.

It is consistently good, no matter what we get. We decided to go there for a Valentine's dinner, tonight. We were not disappointed. I had ribs which were excellent. My side were fried cabbage, a corn muffin, and macaroni and cheese. I had enough to bring home with me and I will have it for lunch tomorrow. Everyone there is always so friendly. There is only one problem I can see. Someone there, who shall remain nameless, is a Dallas fan. I always loved razzing him about his Cowboys. I am a die-hard Redskins fan.

We've eaten from their food truck in fairs around the neighborhood a couple of time but never been to the store before. We were not let down, on the contrary, we were even more pleased! The employees were welcoming and even the lady that cooks came out to assist us. I can't recall her name tho, she was so nice!!! I felt like I was back home ❣️the food was amazing. Pulled pork sandwich, jambalaya rice and seafood soup, very flavorful and it all hot the spot!!

Amazing food and great customer service! Always get a full rack and the Wolf Beans and Fries! Can’t go wrong.

My Girlfriend and I have eaten here and I have to say....It is hands down the BEST BBQ I'VE EVER HAD. I am 42 years old and have eaten BBQ from many places in many states all over the south, but none compare to the meals we've had here. The brisket if you don't know is one of the hardest meats to get tender. The brisket from here LITERALLY MELTED in my mouth. I can honestly say that out of the thousands of BBQ meals I've eaten in my lifetime, NONE WERE EVEN CLOSE TO AS GOOD AS WHAT I HAD HERE!!!! On top of that they make from scratch their own BBQ sauce, kick a** cornbread and sides that will make you go into a food coma. Then when you come out of your coma they have homemade deserts for your sweet tooth, that's if you can find room in your belly to fit them. I cannot give this place enough praise. If I could I'd give them a MILLION Stars!!!!! If you come thru Stafford Virginia you must stop in to BIG BAD W BBQ, have a seat, relax your feet and give yourself a real treat, of the best BBQ meat this side of the Mississippi. You will not regret it!!!!
