Fusion Caribbean & American Grill

We visited Fusion on Saturday and the experience was great. The food was delicious and the service was great. If you’re looking for a caribbean restaurant with a Dominican/Puerto Rican flavor I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

This new restaurant looks great. The tilapia was delicious. The mofungo was $3 extra even if your meal came with 2 sides. It was still good. Overall the experience was good and the food was good. Be aware meals average around $18-20 with an exception of a few choices. I would like to see this drop once they are established. You will leave full and with leftovers because the portions are relatively large.

Stopped off for a quick lunch on the way home and wasn't disappointed. Something different from fast food. A brand new place looks to collect more guests.

10/10 food. the owners and staff were very very nice! they made sure i felt welcome then proceeded to walk me through the menu. The smell from the kitchen was the best part open the aroma surrounded the entire place. I took my food togo this time next time i will be back with my entire family cannot wait to explore the menu more!

side note: the address is 2925 jefferson davis highway not 2825...

The food was great! Even my friend liked it and he is even picker than me. The portions were great and the atmosphere was nice and pleasant. I hope they stay awhile. The place they chose has had a few restaurants in the past.

This one is the best by far... my suggestion is to create a pleasant atmosphere outside, increase their curb appeal. Maybe some palm trees and a nice pleasant patio, a nice Latin feel, with some landscaping, to attract customers.
