Chipotle Mexican Grill

amount of ingredients defer highly between bowls. one bowl i got like twice as much rice than other, but little steak. workers seemed like they really did not want to be there. they told me they ran out of lettuce after they were all done making my bowl.

Having heard they recently opened this new location I stopped in for lunch on a weekday and they were really busy. Service was OK, but the staff seemed to be running into each other trying to fulfill orders and make food… it was actually comical to see they constantly bump into each other while adding toppings to the different bowls they were preparing for different customers.
The place was clean, as it should be since it’s brand new and there was plenty of seating. The food tasted great! Very fresh, like what you would expect from Chipotle. I tried their new Carne and it was tasty, nicely marinated, and the temperature was perfect. I did get one piece with too much gristle, but overall it was just fine. I think they changed the recipe for their hot salsa, as this is the 2nd time (and 2nd different location) I tried it and it’s a lot hotter than it used to be! But still very tasty!!
Overall… not too bad for a brand new restaurant… I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks and do well.

Brand new location near the I-95 and directly off of Courthouse Road in Stafford. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was doing their best to be fast but had a long line (like many NEW places).
I pre-ordered our meal through the app. It was ready when I walked in. Easy Peasy.

Very clean, nice, & brand new building. More employees than customers. Big portions. I’ll definitely be coming here vs other chipotle locations in our area.
