Moldova European Food Market

Been happy with the quality of the food, the prices and the service every time I have been in here. They have a decent selection for some of those harder to find Eastern European items. Wish they were larger and able to provide a deli, but for the space they have, they do well. Would recommend.

This is a great store and worth the visit for all looking for European staples to help feel at home!

To start, the staff are always friendly and helpful. If they do not have it, they try to help you find a similar item. The selection here is excellent with lots of great, fresh European groceries at very reasonable prices. If you love cold cuts especially, the selection here is hard to beat. There is also a great selection of Eastern European chocolates, which if you're like me, are a great alternative to the sweeter Western/Central European chocolates without being too bitter like dark chocolates.

The prices are reasonable, and the variety of groceries is carefully selected so it is very good for a small shop! We found almost everything we were after. There is a nice set of Moldova and Georgian wines. It's such a wonderful grocery shop.

Moldova is a beautifully clean, friendly food market, with a wide variety of options. I would even say upscale! Compared to most other specialty/ethnic food markets I’ve encountered I feel confident in saying so. The owners are very kind and helpful. They don’t carry the typical grocery store inventory. The shop is focused on European and Eastern European products that are truly delicious and enjoyable. If you’re not sure what something is or how to use it, Alexi and his wife are always available for an answer or suggestions. They have a very impressive selection of cured/dried sausages, cold cuts, hams, and a great diversity of cheeses! Not to forget to mention their wide selections of frozen foods, both sweet and savory. Fresh and frozen European breads, cookies, candles and a plethora of other goodies. The pickled foods are unique and delicious. Honestly I could go on and on, but please treat yourself to a wonderful experience shopping at Moldova. You will be amazed!
I forgot to mention that they also offer a variety of wine now, with wine tastings on the weekend. You can’t go wrong!

I just saw this place and decided to have a look. It is well organized and seems to have a great selection of things you can’t find otherwise in the area. I picked up a couple treats for the family and everyone was happy. I plan to explore more options in the near future, and am very satisfied to come across this market.
