(June 17, 2019, 10:17 pm)I love Firehouse Subs and have never had a bad one yet. However I had a bad experience with bringing in a Fathers day special for a free sub that the employees wouldn't honor unless it was on paper (even though the offer said I could show it on the phone). I left mad and submitted a post about it after I got home. Since that time the owner contacted me directly and offered to make restitution so I have changed this post accordingly. Even the employees told me the manager told them not to accept it, my takeaway is.... next time I will ask them to call the owner.
Firehouse subs still remains my favorite sub place because they always have generous portions of meat in their subs.
