Awesome food & service. Best Shrimp & Grits I've ever had

Oh my goodness, this is some good food! Got a dinner to go of baked pork chop, green beans, mashed potatoes (real) with gravy and roll. Enough for two meals☺️. Delicious southern home cooking! ????????????????????

Yes, I loved this place! Have already been back. Everything we have tried has been top quality and very sizeable portions.

Friendly Staff. The atmosphere is a warm and cozy restaurant . They make you feel like you are family. The food has that one of a kind Home Cooked southern hospitality taste.They have the best Chicken salad around Hampton roads. Wow! Fresh cooked Country Ham and other Great Food ! ????

Ladies and gentlemen if you haven't been to this establishment yet you are missing out. We had a couple of bumps at our first visit yesterday evening but I will still give 5 stars due to the way issues were handled. Even though compensation wasn't needed or asked for management provided great customer service. The Appetizers were tasty (chicken and waffle bites, Sweet potato country ham biscuits and a blow of she crab soup) the main entrees were simply incredible (ribye steak and potato, fried chicken dinner, and shrimp and grits) and the dessert were delicious (homemade butter pecan ice cream, homemade chocolate ice cream and banana pudding). We will definitely be returning soon to try the other selections in the very near future, with a few friends of course. Job well done! My complements to the Chef and staff for a pleasant evening in your cozy little gem.
