    McDonald's is McDonald's their food is either you like it or you don't. The NEED to work on their efficiency and speed. The restuarant design is counter productive for McDonald's. The 2 order lines and 1 window just makes them slower. My grandchildren love it so I Love it.

    They need at least one order kiosk here. I got my order faster through mobile order. The kiosk would at least let me get my drink while I wait. Also, Mobile orders do not help get food faster here apparently. At least 3 other customers that ordered after me got their food before me and all I ordered was a large sweet tea and large fry
