    Not very clean. Main reason for going was because my son wanted & kid's meal & then they have no toys for the kid's meal...really?!

    I have had better, but all in all I think it was a good experience. I don't like the big honking fountain drink machine because there is always a slow line at the new touch screen fountains. Too much to pick from and the ice dispensers are in the same space which causes a lot jamb.

    This Wendy's has been in richlands for a very very long time. I've never had bad service here throughout the years. The workers have always seemed friendly. The food is always been good. They have a freestyle machine we can get different varieties of drinks. The bathroom is in need of some love but other than that this place seems overall clean.
