    The staff is extremely friendly! They actually knows me by name! ??? the store is ALWAYS CLEAN both inside& out! The OWNER is a VERY Nice person to deal with! When the machine runs out of my favorite ice coffee & i alert one of the staff members..its switched out immediately & with an apology followed by a friendly smile! I'm tell you, you cannot find better customer service ANYWHERE ELSE! I RANK THIS 711 AS VIRGINIA BEACH #1. 711 and i send all my church friends and family here! We stopped going to the other ones! Lol
