Adamos New York Pizzeria

I was looking for a nice New York style pizza near my home and saw this place come up on google maps. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by a very kindly older man who cheerfully asked for my order. I asked for a cheese pizza to go and it only took 10 minutes to make and the price for the pizza was excellent. The store itself is a little worn looking but is clean. The booths are nicely spaced out and easy to move in and out of for those of us of larger size.

The pizza itself was very tasty. The crust and sauce were fantastic - the sauce wasn't too sweet and worked well with the flavors of the cheese. The crust was thin but not soggy and flimsy, allowing it to be folded and handled easily. The pizza really hit the spot for me and I'm planning to return for pizza at a future date!

This is my favorite pizza place in Virginia Beach! The owner is the kindest gentleman and the food is great. The customer service is wonderful!

This place was a literal whole in the wall type pizza shop. I was recommended by a friend to this place and I was a taken aback by the looks of the inside but I didn't mind much. We ordered online to pickup and received our food after about 10 minutes of waiting . As far as food goes, the pizza was AMAZING. We also ordered the chicken alfredo and while the alfredo sauce itself seemed like it was missing something, the chicken had such a great flavor that it balanced out the whole dish.

Overall, I hope the owner can clean up a bit to make the inside experience better. The food on the other hand makes it all worth it and I will definitely be coming back for more!

Adamos is a true New York/New Jersey style pizzeria! Their garlic knots and zeppoles are just plain delicious. Their sauce is not too sweet, and the cheese is the perfect combination to give a good bite. The crust is made fresh, and for anyone from the north will understand what I am about to say: When I fold the crust of a pepperoni pizza, the grease bead runs down your palm :-) Pizza perfection!

The absolute best, authentic pizza. Our family moved 20 minutes away and we go out of our way to get pizza from here still. The owner is such a genuine, all-around nice guy. Always friendly on the phone and when you pick up. Once placed a large order and he called later to make sure everything was perfect, even offered to drive out of delivery area if it wasn't! The world needs more business' like this :)
