Bowlero Lynnhaven

This place is always clean and friendly but the wait staff is kind of all over the place with service ratings. It's hit or miss on good service. Sometimes things happen to come out okay, other times we are waiting for hours for something that was never even entered in the computer as an order that was taken. And sadly they don't check on you often enough to know to remember they took that order or even remember to check on the status of it.

The bowling itself was good. The wait staff was really friendly and super understanding when we notified her we were eating out after, so no additional service was needed other than a pitcher of water. Main deduction comes for the pro shop, as the pro working seemed to be very standoff-ish and not that forgiving to beginner bowlers. Was looking at getting a brand new ball, but the interaction with the pro working at the time and the unwillingness to talk to someone looking to get into bowling caused me to rethink my decision.

The waitress was very nice and cordial. The people behind the desk for the shoes were very nice and cordial as well. The atmosphere was exciting ,clean and fun. I had a great experience being my first time here from out of town. Kiddos for a job well.done..

So far this bowling alley has been my favorite. If you love sweet mixed drinks, you'll love the Berried Alive Lemonade. 😍
The arcade is fun too. Took my son for his birthday and I had to brag him out to leave. Overall, great energy, staff was helpful and friendly. I'm definitely coming back.

We held our 11 year's birthday part here in April 2022. Our event staff was exceptional! The set up (table, name in LIGHTS!, and such) was so nice. We weren't expecting anything so special for our little girl's birthday party! They made her feel so special! They even brought us (the parents) drinks too. The pizza was brought out on time and the drinks always full. They were pleasant to deal with and very patient with shoe fittings. Overall, just outstanding to work with!
