I just want to say what I fantastic experience I had at this location. Maddie was super helpful and did an AMAZING JOB making my salad. It was crisp, fresh and exactly how I ordered with ALL of my specifications met. She remembered to give me the correct dressing, my utensils and all the correct add ins for my salad. Great job MADDIE!!

My son's favorite place since a year old he would say "fluff away". Noe its 12 years later and he an DC enjoy going there ed to this day good times fun and happy memories. Great food and Impeccable service.

Customer services here is top notch! I work in the mall and everyone here is always so kind and pleasant! They definitely run a real good Chick-fil-A here at Lynnhaven Mall.

Great family friendly restaurant. The staff is very courteous. The atmosphere was positive and clean. Our food was fresh and made to order.

Wonderful Chick fil A. It is located inside the mall and is really busy. The prices are almost the same as a standalone, which I was surprised by. Also free refills for soda make this better than any of the other options in the mall. The management was absolutely fantastic, nothing was wrong with our order and they were on top of their game. Great place to go to.
