    We first visited The Cookout in NC, we got hooked!!! On our family vacation in Va Beach we made sure to find one!!! The food was delicious, staff was polite and we left full and happy!!!

    They need to stop putting the burgers or any sandwich in aluminum foil. It makes the bread soggy. Bacon needs to be crispier and chicken breast is too small. Shakes are the best.

    Food in inexpensive and very good. Nice "cook out" taste. The associates are friendly and helpful. A variety of sides also, the slaw is very good, the hush puppies and fries are great!

    First time here. Less than $12.50 for 2 adults to eat lunch. Good lunch for the price! Nothing to rave about, but not bad either. Only thing was the buns were big for the size of the burger or chicken in them, smaller buns and larger meat portions would be better.
