    I love dunks but the service at this particular location is on the slow side. Myself and another gentleman student the counter over 3 minutes before we were acknowledged.. several employees walked by looking but said nothing.. any one of them could have said "Hi.. We'll be right with you"

    Service is usually slow, hashbrowns are always either soggy, or slightly burned, but coffee is awesome! Friendly staff (sweet and engaging), but my drive thru orders are wrong about 1/3 of the time. Also, they put handfuls of ketchup in the bag, which I never use or request, and that is a huge loss to the owner, on a monthly or annual basis. 10 ketchup packets for 2 wraps and 2 hashbrowns? They need some retraining. Very nice staff, just not organized, I guess.

    Donuts had some filling in them. For the price a little more would of been nice. They were still fresh though. Bought late in the day.
