IHOP

This was our first time to this IHOP, there is room for improvement, I gave it 4 starts. Initially our visit started out not being pleasant we were seated, the server/waitress had an attitude, My wife and I both agreed that she seemed upset. So we decided to put a smile on her face by engaging her in pleasantries, her demeanor quickly changed. Our food was delivered within 15 minutes, it was well prepared. We ate, gave her a nice tip and left. If we're ever in the area, we'll stop in!

This IHOP smells like cat urine. The food average. The only good thing about this IHOP was our server, Taylor. She was amazing and the only reason this review is getting 5 stars. Her customer service on point. We appreciate you! Taylor, whenever you feel down, remember you're amazing!

Not a bad experience but it was several little things that were off. We asked for hot syrup and never got it. We asked for a to go cup for coffee, specifically an empty one. Wanted to pour in what we had already fixed with cream and sugar. We got a full cup of black, and had no more cream. But overall not a bad experience. Food was hot and tasty but I can't give it five stars.

The food and service was great. The staff are super friendly and reliable while there are a lot if food choices for any time of day. Though there was a bit of wait, it was totally understandable because it was 4th of July and almost 12pm. Recommend for a family or friend gathering when wanting to casually eat. Would bring something to do while waiting for the food like a card game to make it more fun.
