(June 7, 2019, 10:32 pm)We had a wonderful experience here. The food is authentic and delicious and the staff were incredible nice. Some people see a toddler and run the other way, but they were super accommodating and had fun with him. Will definitely be back!

(May 8, 2019, 1:13 am)Kyushu was recommended to me a by a coworker who had been to Japan. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in the Virginia Beach area. From quality service to genuine Japanese cuisine, this restaurant hit top marks in every factor. The one portion I did take a picture of was the dessert. A waffle ice cream that perfectly tied off a delicious meal.

(April 13, 2019, 10:33 am)Kyushu is a real treat. My wife and I have been meeting there for lunch on a weekly basis since 2000. It's our standing lunch date. We have our favorite meals and occasionally get wild and crazy and have something from the other side of the menu. We love all of folks who work there. We highly recommend the sushi. If you are the rare individual who enjoys boiled okra, then try the fermented soya beans.
