Mojito Cafe

Just stopped in for some coffee and dang it was amazing! Star...who? Way better! I heard their mojitos were pretty good too but that coffee was really good!

Om... the reviews were on point.
The food was excellent. I have these dishes often, but these dishes were served as from an "Up Scale Restaurant"... very eye appealing & extremely tasty. The service, was "Top of the line". Very attentive, very verbal, but not over bearing; and the place was packed out.
"Move out Subway, so they can expand!!!" I'll definitely visit again, when I return.
So, all who visit, stop by! All who live here, but haven't tried it... you're missing a treat.

Staff was very friendly. Drinks and food was impeccable. We had fried plantains with a garlic sauce. Then we had salmon with guava sauce and a shrimp with garlic sauce. Both dishes were served with black beans and rice and a side of green beans. We also had coconut mojitos...just yum. We finished off this delicious meal with a flan. Reasonable and homemade. Going back for lunch tomorrow.

Lived here 4 years and this was the best meal I've had in Virginia. The conch fritters were just like in the Caribbean, both the entrees were great, and the caramel on the bread pudding was unreal. I don't generally like mint and even I loved the spicy mojito, so refreshing during this heat wave. Looked like a good amount of specials too so hopefully they keep things rotating, will definitely be back.
