Highly Impressed... We were greeted immediately and seated.. The Hostess was immediately to greet and seat us.. Our waiter Jacob was Very very good... All businesses should model their employees after Jacob... He never let us hang, He never let go without and made sure we were taken care of like Royalty.. We cannot say enough about the service we received from out server Jacob... He deserves a raise as - He is the reason you got 5★...
We ordered a plate of fresh raw Oysters for an appetizer.. they were absolutely beautiful, fresh and huge..
We ordered the Sampler Platter and was just absolutely Impressed.. We also had 1lb of crab legs...
All the food quality is excellent... The shrimp, fish, crab cakes and scallops were just amazing... They were cooked perfect and the taste was so amazing and fresh..

Staff is frendly. Atmosphere is just okay for price point. Jumbo shrimp was pretty good. The steak, veggies, potatoes and fried shrimp were all very bland. Food portions definitely not worth the price. The food had almost no taste, spend your money else were. For those of you who say this is the best food on the boardwalk you are 100% wrong and have no taste buds.

Neptune's does NOT make you choose between quality and quantity in terms of their menu choices. Many great options that appeal to a wide variety of tastes will cater to whatever you're in the mood for.
Staff is also very nice and accommodating.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I'd say the taste is really good, but not outstanding. (With the exception of the amazing sweet and spicy wings and, strangely, the chocolate milk which is so unique and delicious).

BEST FOOD ON VIRGINIA BEACH!! Fresh and delicious! Filling portions and best fries????ever!! Great anniversary dinner for my hubby and I..even our picky kids enjoyed their dinner!! We will be back for sure!

This is the best place you can eat at! Fresh seafood, and an all you can eat seafood buffet with snow crab legs. The staff are amazing, it's worth the drive clear across the state just to eat there and drive home. The price is just right and this place will leave you wanting more. It is inside a hotel so if you want parking that's not going to happen unless you are staying at the hotel. I would recommend the hotel just on this restaurant alone!
