Nico´s Tacos Taqueria y Carniceria Mexicana

I love Nico's. Finally made it over here for our first time and it did NOT disappoint! They make their corn tortillas in house and have as many options in tacos as can be expected on the west coast! Their options include lengua, cabeza, pastor, and many, many more! $2.50 for an above-average sized street taco, simply prepared the way they should be with onions and cilantro only, is a great price. They have 4 homemade hot sauces to choose from that are absolutely divine. We sat in and ate, which did take some time, but to-go orders seemed to go super fast. I definitely recommend this place!

Carneceria is a little more different in Virginia than in California. I ordered carne adobada and they handed me sliced pork meat with lots of fat and not prepared with condiments. They were nice and prepared it for me while I waited. But like I mentioned too much fat on the meat.

It's a tiny place, but it packs a big punch with the flavors. So glad I stumbled upon this place.

Greatest mexican restaurant in Hampton Roads. Homemade tortillas are excellent. Restaurant needs a bathroom and updates, but food is so good we overlook it all.

Small place Big food! This is my new favorite place! Located across Holland from the Kroger. By far some of the best food I have had in a long time. $2.50 tacos with more options than I knew what to do with. Thank you Nico's Tacos, you made my Tuesday delicious!
