Operation Brew Coffee and Bakery

10/10 The strawberry croissant was AMAZING! The filling was so light and filling, it all paired together so well. I also got a caramel hazelnut latte with oat milk AMAZING!! I’m a HUGE coffee lover & this coffee is in my top 5! Thank you for the amazing service as well!

We stoppped at operation coffee today before work, the ambience , the bakery items , and the coffee was very good. The feel in this beautiful little cafe is nice for an interview, a casual stop. Shop local . Support local. I would highly recommend the croissants with strawberries, everything was fresh . Very delicious

Amazing food and great staff! This place has relaxed my morning Starbucks runs. Truly great quality and flavor to everything in their menu. The strawberry croissants are perfection if you're lucky enough to get one before they're sold out!

Nice new coffee and pastries/cakes shop. Decor and setting is modern, fresh flowers on tables, central communal table provides for intimate casual dining. Service here at Operation Brew is friendly. You can see it’s a tight knit family run place abound with care to make customers’ experience a great one.
Unique offering of coffee, beverages like honey latte but it’s not just honey and milk- also has turmeric and cinnamon! They also have good for you, pick me up cold pressed drinks! Their cakes look delicious: snickers cake, Victoria secret cake (that delicate pink frosting!, napoleon cake, honey cake (both looking like mille cake!), meringue roll and the list goes on and on.
I ordered a salmon wrap to go. It was absolutely fresh and delicious. So much so that I didn’t remember to take a picture until I was halfway done!
Will definitely go back for their juices and cakes!

Awesome vibe and ambience, super friendly staff, and the coffee is awesome! Not super sweet and their syrups are noticeably better tasting than other shops I’ve been too. I highly recommend you get one of the spicy cookies, all the food is great!
