Outback Steakhouse

The food and the service was great! My husband and I are from NC and couldn't have pick a better place to celebrate our 9th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you Outback ????

Food and service was great. But they need a non-spicy ranch for people who can't do spicy. I will take my own salad dressing next time I go.

We made reservations and was told we had to wait an addition 25 minutes which I can cope with. The hostess was not too nice and the lady that walked us to the table was grumpy and unpleasant. I figured we were going to have a horrible experience. When we got to the table though, we were treated very well. I wish I could remember our servers name as she was phenomenal. If it was not for her, we would have spent a lot of money for a bad time. People forget sometimes but customer service is just as important if not more important than the food. It really does go hand in hand. All the stars I give go to our sever. As for the hostess and other lady, customer service 101!
