Pizza Hut

The app messed up our order. I called customer service to let them know something is wrong with the app. The put me on a long hold & then hung up. I called back & they transferred me to this location, without saying anything before the transfer. The girl that answered was very friendly and corrected my order without question. Great customer service.

My order was fast, fresh and delicious and my service was kind, courteous and above my expectations.
I ordered my food and returned to my vehicle. Not only wasbmy food ready when the young man said it would be, but he actually bought it out to my car WITH A SMILE...I WAS SHOCKED. You rarely see that type of service anymore...

Needed a quick meal for dinner and I did not feel like cooking. The $10 box was on my mind. I ordered online which was very convenient. Online also had a count down timer on when my food would be ready. When I arrived at Pizza Hut the cashier told me she would be right with me. I looked at the screen and my name said "cutting" right next to it. The establishment was nicely decorated. When she gave me my order, she polity asked if I needed any pepper or cheese. She then asked me if I needed any paper plates and I respectfully declined. It's midterms, I'm eating right out of the box. I will be back for more orders.
