Excellent food, people, service and nice gluten free options. Fast, friendly, tasty... Really hot all the high spots for me.

Very happy with our visit and will return again when in the neighborhood. Be aware it's popular enough that there's a wait if you hit during prime hours.

    Worth it.

This is a very nice pancake house. The food was good. It can get crowded. Its a place where a lot of tourists go to. The staff was very nice and helpful. Wait time was spot on. You do have to stand and wait outside. But other than that great place to go.

Was recommended by family that we check this place out on our first visit to Virginia Beach. We went with a large party of 12. Told the hostess that we were willing to separate our group and they gave us a wait time of 35-40 minutes. We were seated right at that time. The place is crowded and a little cramped and noisy. It was worth the wait though! 4 of the 5 people at our table got various samplers. Everything was delicious. The youngest in our group opted for the Oreo pancakes. She had plenty to spare, which allowed everyone to try them! They did not disappoint! Unfortunately, I did not get our waiters name (he had a unique name) but he was fabulous. He had high energy and was very personable. He really seemed to love his job and wanted us to have a good experience. I realize that this seems to be a breakfast destination location. It's absolutely worth checking out, even if you have to wait. The prices are comparable to similar chain breakfast locations, but the food is better!

How did I miss this place the first 2 weeks while we were here?! I thought the local "buffet" places left a sour taste in my mouth until we found this place.
Excellent food, fair prices, portion sizes were enough. I have found our new and PERMANENT breakfast restaurant.
Staff was very friendly. Needless to say busy but they are fast enough to get you in in no time. We had everything from the sampler platters to chocolate chip pancakes. I should have gotten the name of our waitress. She was so sweet and wasn't fake like the way we felt at most of the places we tried. VERY attentive to our coffee and other drink refills. Made sure we had everything we needed. Skip everyone else and just go here. Trust me!

Best place by far for breakfast anywhere in the area! Dining area was clean and staff was very pleasant, service was fairly quick. Only had to wait about 15 minutes during peak time on a Sunday morning to be seated. No parking lot but plenty of street parking nearby. Food was amazing!
