Repeal Bourbon & Burgers

Burger of the month had gravy and cheese curds with bacon dust (does the review really need to continue?). Huge selection bourbon. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries are fantastic. Visiting from out of town and this place had the local feel that you should want to experience anywhere you travel.

This is THE happening place in Va Beach! Best burgers and cocktails in the area! Hands down!! I've been to SEVERAL restaurants/bars in my life and I've NEVER seen such a finely organized location. Bartenders and waitresses were hustling then entire time! Didn't get the bartender's name but he deserves 5 stars alone! Do yourself a favor and go to this place!! 5 stars would be an understatement! Highly recommended!!

Very neat little restaurant. Outdoor and indoor seating with a bar inside as well. Delicious burgers with fresh toppings. I took mine to go and it was ready fast and packaged well to have back at the hotel. Definitely check this place out.

Good vibes only! Was told by a local to try this place, said they had the best burgers. And they did. Huge variety of delicious burgers. I had the shhhrooms burger and boy was it tasty. My only regret is that I'm not a fan of bourbon, but if you are, you need to try this place. They had probably the biggest selection of bourbon and whiskey that I've ever seen, and the bartenders know how to make the best concoctions. They have beer and cider options as well, if you're like me and not a bourbon fan. Next time you're craving a good burger and fries, try Repeal!

Burgers and whiskey sums it up. They have a huge (over 50) different whiskeys you can try and a good selection of other drinks as well. They also have a "make your own drink" where you pick from about 8 whiskeys, different bitters, and garnishes. As for food the burgers are really good and they have a good variety of burgers. The best part is the Mac and cheese. Seriously, it is truffle Mac and cheese and it is loaded with cheese and has a good truffle taste. All around good food and drinks. My only small complaint is the place is small so we had to eat outside and we got bombarded with flies. Not their fault, but I would try to eat inside if you can.
