I absolutely adore the staff here. They always ask about my day and engage in conversation while also focusing on others in the store. If my order somehow gets scrambled, they are quick to fix it, no questions asked. Shout out to Jourdan-you always make my drinks with so much love. They truly make a bad day better with a smile and a cup of love!

Drinks are always perfect and their employees are always nice!

Great Starbucks!

I’m a small business owner and have high expectation for how my staff interacts with guests. I came in today looking for a breakfast sandwich and was greeted very warmly by Alison behind the counter. Her level of engagement is exactly how I train my staff to engage guests that visit the store.

I asked if the sandwich could be made without meat, she informed me that the meat is touching the sandwich as-is but that they could cook it without the meat. When I decline, before I could walk away, she told me about the impossible (plant-based) option on the menu which I was unaware of.

So not only was the greeting and service stellar, she was also solution-focused, retained the sale and ensured I got what I came for. Absolutely worth writing a review for.
