My friend and I placed two separate orders in the drive thru and my order was mistakenly not placed (very unlikely for starbucks to mess up) but everyone inside was so helpful and got me my drink really quickly! Five stars! :-)

(September 19, 2020, 5:32 pm)Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. The drinks and food never disappoint either. But the drive-thru at peak hours are an absolute nightmare due to the layout - the traffic spills into the road and the distance between the ordering post and the pickup window is very short, which means that if someone makes a large/complex order, the whole line gets held up with no buffer zone. Whoever designed the drive-thru wins a Cities Skylines "worst infrastructure design" award.
