Sunnyside Cafe and Restaurant

While out in VA Beach for a concert, we were in desperate need for food the following morning! Of course I turned to Yelp to find a new spot to try for breakfast and found this place with great reviews and pictures of yummy food. We arrived and sat outside since it was early and not as humid out just yet. Server greeted us promptly and took our drink orders, which I asked for a water, OJ, and a Bloody Mary.

Hostess (Anna I can't remember her name) and food was awesome compliments to the chefs. The feta and spicy Italian sausage tasted a bit overpowering but other than food was delicious. Will come back again.

I generally hate sweet things for breakfast, but I absolutely loved the side of pancakes that came with my meal. Probably more than my actual order. Definitely will be back. Oh, and the woman at checkout was incredibly nice. Only downside was that the water tastes like dirt, not really their problem though.

This is my second time here. Better than any buffet we've been to. Friendly fast service. I mean everyone there is very friendly and I love it. The food is delicious too! So many choices and not enough days here to try all I want to. Definitely a place you should stop to eat at least once while here.
