The Dirty Buffalo

My husband and I visited Friday, 11/15 around 5pm and it was already packed with a 45 min wait. We were called pretty much right on time with this estimate. Our waitress was very busy but she provided great service (Kim I think?). She even let us sample several different sauces and was very patient. Overall, drinks, appetizers and wings did take a little while to get but it was expected with how crowded the place was and only being open for about 2 weeks. The wings were GREAT, I got spicy garlic ranch and mild. Onion rings and Mac and cheese were good, too. Looking forward to going back.

Went on opening night....awesome. So good we came back Thursday night. The wings are off the chain excellent. Best I have had outside of Buffalo, and I have been where it all started. So glad we have them across the street now!!!!

My husband and I visited for the first time on Halloween night. It was around 9 so we figured the wait wouldn’t be too crazy. We were sat immediately and ordered within 10-15 minutes. Our appetizer came out in about 15 minutes (garlic bread, SO good). Our entrées were unfortunately not as quick. After about 30 minutes our waitress apologized for the wait. After another 15 minutes she came back and let us know she was paying for our meals because she was upset about the wait. Eventually, a few minutes after that our food finally came out. It was hot and both of our meals tasted fantastic. We understood the restaurant was brand new which is why we were extremely understanding. Once the kitchen gets the kinks sorted out, everything will run smoothly. We actually decided to order take out last night and it was a 30 minute wait for the food (very feasible since there was a decent wait for a table). Waited about 35 minutes and the food was SO YUMMY. We’ll definitely be regulars from now on.

We ordered take out tonight 10/31. We were so excited to have a store front near us! The lady taking our order ovwr the phone was patient and wonderful!! It was made in speedy manner as well! We missed one box of wings, but my husband turned around and they were quick to replace our missed wings!! Wonderful wings and customer service.
