Three Ships Coffee Roasters

I ordered the strawberry infused cafe latte and didn't know what to expect as it was my first time visiting. It was seriously one of the most delicious coffees I've ever had & I've had LOTS. Just know that great coffee doesn't come cheap, it was $7 for a cup. I probably won't order it daily, but on occasion it's worth the splurge.

Hard to say yet if I like this location. There are some good pros like the caprese panini which I think is their best vegetarian option. They also had a wide open door and sort of a garage like door that was also wide open and I appreciate that for good ventilation against COVID. The confusing part comes in when I get to the coffee. The first time I came here I thought the latte was one of the best I've had in a while, but today it was completely different, lukewarm and almost stale tasting? Pretty odd. I'm going to give it another try or two to see which is more consistent between the lattes being good or bad before I give a full five stars.
One other thing is I wish they had bigger cup sizes for to go cups. This is consistent with both locations.

I’ve been to their other location by the beach before - this is only their second location, which just opened. Three Ships consistently has THE BEST coffee in VB, and is probably the best in Hampton Roads too. This new location is big and really cool. Lots of food options and of course the coffee is delicious. There’s a huge roastery in the back where you’re sometimes able to see them freshly roasting the best local coffee.
