My first time ever having a discrepancy w Tropical smoothie. Ordered a island green and as I drank it once I left I noticed a white string like substance. Never having an issue I assumed it must have been maybe the straw or the cup but sure enough I switched it into a different cup and it was still coming out of the smoothie. Not sure if that was from one of the fruits or not but im pretty sure it wasn't because it had a plastic like texture. Very weird. Defintely a bummer.

Anna and Erica are amazing. This was my 2nd visit to this location. I told them what I was in the mood for and they made me the perfect smoothie's I have been to other location in Norfolk and they were not nice nor did they give me any suggestions. I will only visit this location. It's clean, friendly and a very positive feeling.

I’ve been coming to this place every week for a few months now. I’m a person of habit. I order the same thing every time. Maybe it’s boring, but it’s what I like. Their staff is so great! I’ve never actually ordered a smoothie; I always just get the chicken apple club because I love the way they make it. Today, their owner, who knows me by name, (I love that as well) asked me to try a smoothie — on the house. I never write reviews, but this place is fantastic. Quality service from great people who seem to really enjoy their job. Thank you so much you guys.
