Improvements have been made! The service was friendly, and made me feel welcomed. Food was good. I hate the pickles they switched to, but the spicy chile packs give the chilly the kick I needed to relieve stress. Yes, spicy food relieves stress and I don't care for spicy except to relieve stress. Be warned it may keep you wide awake! Enjoyed my visit there, today, no matter the outcome. It is nice to find inexpensive spicy food in a world filled with hotwings (tiny ones) costing $2 each. Good choice since my last visit. Keep up the good work Holland Road Wendy's!

I like this Wendy's. The food is always hot and even if there is online it moves pretty quickly. My order is usually correct. I only have one memory of where something was left out of my bag and they quickly corrected it before we drove off.

Excellent service. Very fast and so far every order has been filled with accuracy. The quality is standard wendy's quality. I don't go here expecting restaurant quality food. Fries weren't soggy and cold which is always a plus. I avoid the Wendy's at town center because it's absolute horrible trying to maneuver that busy intersection and horrible parking lot. I like this one much better. The employees here are a lot more friendly as well.
