Zushi Japanese Bistro

A colleague and I sat at the bar today. We had four rolls, each one was better then the one before it. Everything was amazingly fresh. And, the wait staff was very helpful. Our eyes were larger then our stomachs so we boxed and split what was left. ..... I'm eating mine now and its phenomenal even now. Thanks Chef and staff for a great day, lunch & afternoon snack.

I cannot have sushi anywhere else now. That summarizes my VERY special experience there.

I tasted nigiri ice tasted hundreds of times before, but it felt like I was testing fish itself for the first time. MAGIC

Stopped in for dinner tonight 7/28/19 with the wifey and wow! This was our first time at this sushi spot. We are locals and try to hit up new spots every time. The service and food was impeccable! It wasn’t busy when we arrive after 6pm for dinner so we got seated immediately. All the food was fresh and the service was on point. Didn’t have to ask for refills and food came out quick. Will return for more deliciousness goodness!!!

Nice atmosphere, very laid back. I had the Zushi soup to start and it was more delicious than I thought it would be! It only has 2 dumplings but the spicy broth and veggies in it made up for it. I ordered the spicy ocean roll as my entree and I was delightfully surprised with the quality of the fish! It was tasty and reasonably priced. Would come back ????

Best sushi in Hampton Roads. Quality of the fish is unbeatable. Amazing service too, though sometimes you'll be there a while. Very accommodating of groups. You probably need a reservation on Fri/Sat.
