    Some of the employees are downright delightful, but service can be hit-or-miss. If you go to the drive-through, be sure to double-check your order before you hit the highway. I've had errors in about 3/4ths of my orders.

    Very clean shop with pleasant youngsters who go out of their way to be polite and serve customers quickly. I like the cleaner modern look of the facility

    Of course everything tasted good and good coffee. But the customer service needs work...sounds like they need some training. Please don't keep asking "is that it?" Phrasing it like that just makes me NOT want to order anymore. And if someone says "thank you" then the appropriate response is "you're welcome". Don't just ignore your customer.
