    Placed an online order on Sunday afternoon. I arrived and they were swamped, therefore, my wait time was a little bit longer (5 minutes) than the time promised. I was made aware that they had a system crash, and all of the online orders came in at the same time, hence the extended wait. I received my order, food quality was great, and I received a coupon for my next visit. The most surprising part? I received a phone call from one of the staff members (Laurie) further apologizing for my wait. THAT, Ladies and Gentlemen, is world class customer service.

    Laurie Carter was wonderful. And she is from Point Pleasant just like me.. Brings you right back to Jersey .. she addressed my issue with great service and kindness. Excellent customer service. It's like going home having Jersey Mike's in town. Thank you Laurie for your kindness
