LightHouse Restaurant

Very possibly one of the best dining experiences of my life. The food was exquisite: a perfect fusion of the subtlety of French cooking techniques and the explosions of flavor of Thai cuisine.

The only possible complaint anyone could have for this restaurant is the pace of the dining experience. Many people come to places like this expecting to get in, get food, and get out. Instead, the atmosphere is much more conducive to sitting down, sharing pleasant conversation with your companions, and enjoying your time together. This combined with fantastic presentation, unbelievably good food, and a kind and friendly staff makes for a perfect dining experience.

UPDATE: As of 09/21/2018 The Lighthouse has changed hands, and I have not been back since the change-over.

The food was spectacular. If you're not sure what to get I'd suggest the salmon. My fiancee had a thai curry and said it was the best shes had. On top of the brewery review I made this is another stop you should definitely make!

We drove 45 minutes to eat at The Seaside Restaurant, an amazing French/Thai place we had been to some time ago and remembered fondly, for my daughter's birthday. Sadly, when we arrived we found the restaurant closed for good. Trying to make the best of the situation, we drove a fee minutes further to The Lighthouse. Like Seaside, we had not been to The Lighthouse in over four years. As we pulled into the parking lot we saw the marquis sign, "Now serving French & Thai"! The best of both worlds; an amazing chef, an amazing host in an amazing location on the water.

We had a great time and are already planning our next visit which will be much sooner than four years!

If you go, leave room for dessert. All desserts are made in house, including the ice cream.
