Chipotle Mexican Grill

Received my order via Door Dash today 9/24/2019 at 6:00pm. I ordered the carna asada bowl with guacamole, salsa, so on and so forth. And a bottle of Mexican coke. I received an order that was put together it appeared backwards. I had five small pieces of meat and just a huge mess. The cold coke was put on top of my hot order. I did try to call the restaurant but no one answered. I thew it away it was just awful.

There was a long line. We thought if we ordered on the app it would be faster. Unfortunately, i saw the order print out and nobody started making our meals until 20 mins later. We should have remained in line.

I had the burrito bowl and it tasted amazing and the customer service was great. the only thing that was kind of strange as was the system was down and I couldn't use my rewards app. The cashier had to write down the card number on a carbon copy.
