Sal's Ristorante Italiano

Delicious authentic Italian dishes in a pretty straightforward and simple restaurant. Service was quick and attentive while still allowing us time to process each portion of our meal. Desserts are equally tasty! We would recommend for sure!

We ate at Sal's Ristorante Italiano on Thursday evening 7/18. We were on vacation at Colonial Williamsburg from Cincinnati. We had a Great Pizza! Melt in your mouth flavors. Great customer service. A great meal for a great price. I highly recommend visiting them if you are in that area.

Went for the first time last night and ordered a pizza. After getting to meet the owner, I had a few minutes to look around and study the menu as I waited for my dinner. The ambiance is quaint and the staff was all very friendly. The White Pizza was AMAZING. Unlike a lot of pizza which is greasy and messy the White Pizza exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the crust was phenomenal. Ive found my new quilty pleasure. Thanks to Dennis and everyone at Sal's!

Excellent service from Tim the waiter. And the other waiter who cashed us out was great also. The pie was pretty good. Tiramisu was all right. But about the best thing I can say about a joint is that the service is good, and they took good care of our table.

Decent basic Italian pasta dishes, reasonably priced. When we arrived, there were two tour buses in the lot, and the place was packed. The manager first said there would be a wait to seat us, but then found a way to fit us in. We were impressed that they were able to bring out the tour group's meals and also take our orders with no big delay. The food came quickly, in generous portions, and both our waiter and the managers checked often, refilling our drinks and taking empty plates. We were impressed and would try it again, especially as the pizza looked very good as well. Not a gourmet restaurant but friendly and good value.
