McDonald's

Kind staff,very professional when it comes to confrontation( PAUL BUNYON, was UNHAPPY his ice cream was NOT UP TO THE LINE( apparently he is a VERY IMPORTANT PERSON/ at least he thinks so! He DEMANDED to speak with the MANAGER(" I spend $ 900 dollars in their place a year and I deserve my cup full" I Am the manager! OH. I left after saying" If you treat others, like you want to be treated, everybody WINS" Great experience!

We go to McDonald's maybe a couple times a month, but this was our first time at this one. We went inside instead of using the drive-through. It was very clean. The restroom was small but also clean.

The food was good. The burgers were done exactly as ordered. The chicken on the sandwich was great, no tough pieces, and the toppings were fresh. We ordered take out but the food came on a tray. When we pointed it out, it was resolved.

We did have one problem. When leaving, we were supposed to turn left to head toward I-81, but there was too much traffic. We turned right and went around the block before making our way to the onramp. This is the only reason we didn't give 5 stars.

Overall, we had a good experience here.
