Standard Panera. Didn't care for Tuscan chicken sandwich. Maybe less thick bread and not so much tomato as it overpowers the chicken. Panera really needs to work on their prices. No way should it cost $47 for three to enjoy meal and drinks. Just totally insane. I guess that is why I eat there by myself and infrequently. We had limited options to stop on this college tour. In my town, there are plenty of options and Panera loses out due in large part prices. This location doesn't have tablets for ordering. Good amount of options to choose from and plenty of healthy options.
This was my very first time in Panera Bread. Not just this location, but the food chain all together. I just have to say I am totally impressed. Now let's talk about this location, because the store was clean, the staff was friendly, fast and courteous. The food is amazing. Joseph, a member of the front end staff, let me ask so, so, so, annndd one more, so many questions regarding each and every sandwich that sounded even a wee bit yummy to my palette. So I walked out with a Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich, with wait for it, Smoked Gouda! Oh and some of the best Corn Chowder as they say, this side of the Mason Dixon. Do I recommend this Panera Bread, why yes, yes I do. In fact you just may see me in there again too. I know you will enjoy your meal as much as I did.
I like the atmosphere here. It has quiet, intimate feel to it. The seats are pretty comfortable. It a nice place to visit with friends or family. If you're single, take a book. Its a great place to read while enjoying a good meal.
Panera is good. Food is good, plenty of options. Try a bead bowl soup if you haven't. Never refuse the dessert add-on for a buck (and eat it first!). Pretty quick, even during a lunch rush. You can order ahead and pick up at the to go counter, which is pretty convenient. They'll have your name on it, you don't even need to say anything, just grab and go. Several interesting teas to choose from, too.
