Just Melt It! Food Truck

I had the awesome Reuben with Vitalian Pasta and my husband had the Hot Ham and Cheese with Ginger slaw as his side. I can’t tell you enough how amazing this place is!!! Clean, peaceful with a beautiful scenery. Food quality is top notch, the best!! The owners are so pleasant and we had a wonderful time speaking with them. I loved seeing their excitement in their eyes as they described what their vision was! Just Melt It is a place Wise has needed for sooo long!! Tonight was the first of many to come!!!! ❤️

Delicious food! We tried it out today for the first time. Got the Our Reubies with Southwest Mac and Cheese sides. The homemade sauce on the Reubens was so good- just the right blend of slightly sweet sauce with the sharper sauerkraut on double toasted bread. The meat was so tender- and generous portions. We will be back!

We recently decided to give the food truck a try. The open-air, cozy establishment offers a spectacular view of the mountains near Norton, Virginia. Umbrellas at each table provide adequate shade. We ate there when the temperature was around 80 and were comfortable. There is also a play area for children and corn hole for anyone to enjoy. Finally, the food was amazing. We tried the Coal Miner's daughter melt, Hawaiian meatloaf, and honey mustard potato salad. The sandwiches were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! The owner dropped by our table to see how we liked the food. He also discussed his vision for the food truck as it expands. I can't wait to see how Just Melt It evolves over the next few months. We definitely will be returning.

My husband and I stopped there for the first time. We shared a Hawaiian Meatloaf on sourdough. It was SOOO yummy! Can’t wait to go back!
