    Love it has wonderful customer service tenisha and latroy are great please dont let them go. Everybody was great!

    Drive thru was down and the communication with that was good but you could tell the employee was very stressed and discussed the issue too much. She could have simply said that the drive thru was down due to technical difficulties. Wear your stress better when you are in front of customers. Our order (sides) were switched with another order due to rushing as they were busy inside since Drove Thru was down. Food was good.

    Ordered chicken biscuit and chicken was still pink in the middle. Just ate around it the rest was good. Normally I don't have any issues with Bojangles.
