Great service. Our waitress was phenomenal with all the small children in our group. The food was delicious..
This was the best meal and best service of our vacation. Shauna B was our server and she was THE BEST. She let us know when our food was coming. Didn't rush us. Made sure we had extra napkins for the kids. My youngest got her sleeve in my pancakes, Shauna ran over to get a wet towel to help clean the sleeve up. She cleared plates to help with clutter (and prevent other pancake incidents). Now the food...delicious. I had the tres leches pancakes. They were perfect. My bacon was cooked perfectly! The eggs came out cooked to order, not runny, not over cooked, just perfect. Each of us ordered different pancakes and thought we would share. They were all eaten so quickly we had forgotten we were going to share. They were that good. Great job IHOP and Shauna B!!
The iHOP in Yorktown is probably the cleanest iHOP I have been to in years. The service has been friendly and good both times I visited. The food quality is good and was consistent each time as well. They restored my patronage to the franchise, due to cleanliness and horrible experiences at other locations, I wrote off eating from all of them for over 12 years... So thanks and kudos to the Yorktown IHOP!
This is my family's favorite IHOP. The food is delicious and the people that work there are welcoming! Our girls love Quesha and Eric the mangers. They make their guests feel at home.
Nothing like the food we got there in the past. My husband and I both got breakfast food. The eggs tasted like powered eggs. Strawberries on my crepes and his French toast were dark and mushy like they had been sitting for a good while. If you want more than one cup of coffee each, good luck. The table carafe is only big enough for 2 cups. Thankfully our waitress was attentive enough so we could ask for more. I don't know what they gave us for orange juice. It was pale yellow in color and had a strange taste...only slightly orange flavored. Thank goodness that it was not really busy...just maybe 4 tables...because our waitress was the only one we saw. She did manage to take good care of us. She is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1.
