This on-base-privilege dining facility is one of the nicest. Only open for breakfast and lunch, you can't beat it. Usual military dining facility prices, and fabulous food.
Amazing food....wow
Meals under $5, eggs made to order and a friendly staff, need I say more? If you are here for training then do your wallet and stomach a favor and go here for breakfast each morning. The restaurant overlooks the water and has outdoor seating (not used much in the summer). I like going here to break bread with my classmates and to see the smiles in the faces of the workers. They take card and cash! And if you go often and connect with the staff, don’t be surprised if you return years later and the staff greets you personally. Back here for training after a couple of years (literally have spent months in Yorktown) and on my first day the lady serving food said its been a while since I’ve been there and that she remembered me! Bam! Im going each day when Im in town. Be friendly, you’re there to save, eat good, and socialize!
