Bob's Burgers & Brew

I normally eat at the Queesgate location, but due to my own fault I ordered takeout from the Kennewick store instead. Within minutes after placing the order, I received a call explaining that even though there's a choice to select 'gluten free' they can't actually make a wrap GF. I said that was fine, and asked to confirm if they saw the message to substitute onion rings for fries with one of the burgers as I had requested in the special instructions (since onions rings are completely absent from the online menu). She said yes, but there would be a $1.50 upcharge. Considering I already overpaid $1 for GF which wasn't possible, you'd think that would be close enough to just call it even for an $80+ order, but apparently not. The sandwiches were decent, albeit not warm due to no fault of theirs, but I'm not convinced it's worthy of $20 for a burger/fries. One of my favorite things are their jojos - the best potato side. Jalapeño poppers were disappointing nuggets, and I suppose my expectations of them were just too high. My overall learning is that the online ordering system could use some improvement, and dining in is a better option.

I've never had a hamburger here that I didn't like. I had the sirloin steak this time with a baked potato and a side salad. The steak was seasoned just right and cooked excellently! The employees were very helpful, and I got my order in under 15 minutes! Everything was delicious! I would recommend to eat here. They can accommodate a large group. They also have a covered patio if the weather is nice.

We stopped on here while passing through. They had decent food and really friendly waitstaff. We got a Bacon Ranch Wrap and a Bacon Cheeseburger.

Really nice place and ambience. Tried charbroiled chicken burger and nachos. Food tasted fresh and well prepared. Great service. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Bob's. The staff was so friendly and happy! I had the cranberry chicken salad and it was amazing. Fresh ingredients and we'll prepared. Cold beer and good vibe! Couldn't be happier 😊
