First time having this type of icecream. I went with the banana cream pie and was not disappointed. It was amazing. Will definitely come back.

I think the ice cream is fantastic. Yes, it's more costly but you pay for the experience. I was so excited about the process going on in front of me. I would give five stars, however, when paying for an experience, you would expect better customer service. The employees weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either. Both times I've gone, I've felt like an inconvenience to them. Minimal conversations, lack of smiles, side glances at each other... an over all feeling they didn't want to be there, and they didn't want me there either. I'm craving the ice cream... but not the service. Its sad to avoid a place you love because you're not trying to take the vibe home with you.

This is my first time trying this type of ice cream and it was a very authentic experience. They make the ice cream with any flavors/toppings you ask and even have a vegan option. The ice cream is made with nitrogen 😀I will definitely be back to try other flavors! By the way the customer service was excellent 👏🏽

Does not give a sample :( but they make it right in front of you! That's cool. Staff is friendly but not very informative, for my first time being here. I had no idea what was going on. My kids loved the place haha so I guess it's an ok spot. 16 bucks for 2 smalls. Plus tip.
