“What a great little place that opened up at queensgate now. This is a much bigger place than the other one in Kennewick. I don't think you can go wrong at either one of them they're very clean. The service isn't as fast as I would expect but for the most part the vegetables are very fresh everything looks really good and like I said it was very clean the counters were clean you didn't find food all over the floor great job you guys. I'm sure glad I caught some pictures today of the workers they look like they're all wearing masks at work. And I wasn't taking pictures of them to see if they were wearing a mask. Interesting another review goes on and on about mask wearing.”

“The customer service is very top rated here. I've never had a bad experience with this restaurant ever. It's very clean the bathrooms are very clean. They have a full bar they have a catering menu if you need something catered. There's not a lot of seating like their other restaurants but it's very busy here and well worth stopping in.”

“One of thee best in town here in the Tri Cities. Food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Makes me feel like I’m back home in Cali. Staff are always so friendly and helpful at this establishment. And although the cooks are probably rarely given a compliment the food speaks for itself. Place is very clean including the restrooms. “We have been here twice! The first time I had a burger and the 2nd time I had a chicken sandwich. It was AMAZING!!! My hubby's food was amazing as well! The kids even enjoyed their food and they are picky! The service was quick and the food was yummy!”

“Pretty good food! Service was slow inside with orders and checkout. For some reason I thought Panda Express gave out a fortune cookie per order? Not anymore? Well there are bags of them you can purchase instead….. also, I thought the cream cheese Rangoon things came with a warm sweat and sour dipping sauce? We got these packets we had to spill over the top of them…..not fun, and not convenient for dine-in…. Facility was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. There’s an outside seating area too.”

“This is a little different. It's not like a Taco Bell... It's better, but it's also not authentic Mexican food. I had the Raspberry Chipotle chicken quesadilla and they make it work! The sweet and spicy combo was amazing. I've eaten here probably a dozen times and they seem to be getting better. They have some really good options.”

“My precise rating is 3.5 stars, but I have to round it one way or the other. First, food is definitely the sole highlight here. Sandwich was great - fresh ingredients and tasted good. Meatball soup had a good assortment of ingredients and was tasty. My four point pizza review of the Colonel Mustard: Crust: 5/5 - Good consistent thickness, just the right texture, and awesome charred flavor. Sauce: 5/5 - I don't believe I've ever had mustard on a pizza before, nor would I have considered it, but it works very well with this combination. Described as 'honey mustard' it was more mustard than sweetness. Toppings: 4/5 - Good freshness and distribution of ingredients. There was considerably less cabbage than I expected from the menu description. Preparation: 4/5 - Well cooked, and again I will emphasize the fire charring was most excellent. The cabbage was dry and not tossed in a BBQ aioli, so one of the ingredients was totally missing. So overall the food was really great, but service left much to be desired. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, but most of the staff appeared visibly stressed. It took only 15 minutes to receive our food, but we never saw our server again after that, and after waiting for a box and the check after we were done eating, another server finally picked up on my staring and realized we were ready. No one ever asked how our meal was. FOH organization was lacking, and everyone was trying to do everything which was actually counterproductive. My takeaway is to order their excellent food to go in the future and skip the dining room.”

“It's a decent DQ location. The food is typical fast food. Sometimes it's a little better sometimes not hot enough. If you eat there and ask for fresh fries etc they are happy to fix it. The employees have always been friendly and polite. We've had food orders messed up several times with drive thru but most of the time we get exactly what we ordered. They decorate for holidays and my kiddos were delighted by the Halloween decor. It's close to our house and we love getting ice cream here!”
